Returns and Complaints Policy

1. General Provisions

This Returns Policy specifies the terms and conditions for returns and complaints regarding goods purchased in our store: Eliza Flowers Florist, located in Lublin, and/or on the website www.elizaflowers.pl.

We respect consumer rights and operate in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827).

 

2. Returns

Fresh Flowers and Bouquets
In accordance with the Act, fresh flowers, bouquets, and other perishable goods are not returnable after purchase, except in the cases specified in section 3 (defects or non-conformity with the order).

We prioritize the quality of our products and deliver fresh flowers, arranged in accordance with our standards.

Potted Plants, Accessories, and Companion Products
Non-perishable products (potted plants, vases, postcards, etc.) may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods if the purchase was made remotely (online or by phone).
Returns are possible provided the goods:

have not been used,

are in their original packaging,

are in their original retail appearance.

3. Complaints (Complaints about Goods)

If you have received:
- damaged goods,
- goods of poor quality,
- incorrect order,

contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. We will offer a solution as soon as possible: exchange, partial compensation, or a full refund.

To file a complaint, please send:
- a photo of the goods,
- your order number,
- a description of the problem
- to the email address: kontakt@kwiaciarnialublin.pl or via the form on the website.

4. Refunds

After confirmation of the return (subject to legal grounds), the money will be refunded via the same method used for payment, within 14 business days.
In the case of a return at the buyer's expense, return shipping costs are non-refundable.
