The owner of the online store www.elizaflowers.pl is Eliza Flowers® sp. Z o. O. The company declares that it ensures a high level of security when using its services. Management of personal data provided by customers is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data. (Journal of Laws of October 29, 1997, as amended) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation),

By using the services of Eliza Flowers®, the customer agrees to voluntarily provide the sender and recipient data necessary to complete the order. Personal data will be processed by Eliza Flowers, in particular to:
a) Pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection ):
- to fulfill the order
- answers to inquiries
- archiving
- fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator
b) on the basis of a legitimate interest:
- marketing of own products or services, including those personalized based on the customer profile
- organizing and conducting competitions and other marketing campaigns
- pursuing or securing claims
- conducting technical quality analyzes of the services and equipment provided
c) on the basis of a separate consent:
- direct marketing of Eliza Flowers Sp. z o. o. and direct marketing of products or services of cooperating entities, but the customer's personal data will not be shared with third parties. Direct marketing may be carried out by means of electronic communication (e.g. SMS, MMS, e-mail), telecommunications terminal devices (e.g. tablet) and automatic calling systems (e.g. programs for automatic sending of e-mails).
- direct marketing based on the analysis of data concerning e.g. the subpages viewed on the website www.pocztakwiatowa.pl.
- analysis of customer preferences or interests, analysis of the audience or development of the services provided based on the automated processing of data by the Administrator from devices used by the customer when using the website (e.g. computer, mobile devices). On the basis of the created customer profile, the Administrator may: (i) adjust the services provided to the individual interests of the customer or (ii) propose a personalized offer. For the above-mentioned purposes, the Administrator will process data regarding: 1) the amount of goods sold by the customer and 2) the use of information provided electronically (e.g. a website). The administrator will not process special categories of data referred to in art. 9 GDPR.

The sender's personal data is subject to special protection and is not disclosed to third parties, including the recipient of the shipment. The data controller provides physical, technical and organizational means of protection against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.
The sender's personal data is used primarily to contact him as part of the contract. Personal data processed in order to conclude or perform the contract and fulfill the Administrator's legal obligation will be kept for the duration of the contract, and after its expiry for the period necessary for: a) after-sales customer service (e.g. handling complaints)
b) securing or pursuing any claims due to Eliza Flowers.
c) fulfillment of the Administrator's legal obligation (e.g. resulting from tax or accounting regulations)
If the sender wishes the recipient to be informed who the sender of the shipment is, he may enter a message and sign it in the "Ticket content" field. The message and signature will be attached to the flowers. If the signature is not recorded by the sender in this field, the shipment remains anonymous.
In the case of foreign orders, the sender's data is required, because some branches may refuse to process an order that does not contain this data.
The categories of data recipients are: business partners, payment operators, postal operators, carriers, document archiving companies, partners providing technical services (e.g. developing and maintaining IT systems and websites), hosting companies.
THE RIGHTS OF THE PERSON WHO APPLIES TO PERSONAL DATA
The customer has the right to access, modify and delete the personal data provided to Eliza Flowers. In particular, the customer has the right to:
a) access to the content of your personal data, i.e. the right to obtain confirmation whether the Administrator processes data and information regarding such processing.
b) rectification of data if the data processed by the Administrator is incorrect or incomplete
c) requests from the Administrator to delete data
d) requests from the Administrator to limit data processing
e) data portability, i.e. the right to receive personal data provided to the Administrator and to send them to another administrator
f) object to the processing of data on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest or to processing for the purpose of direct marketing
g) lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority or the supervisory authority of another European Union Member State competent for the place of habitual residence or work of the data subject or the place of the alleged infringement
h) withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal)
i) obtain human intervention on the part of the Administrator, express your own position and challenge the decision based on automated data processing.

A secure password must be 6 to 32 characters long and can be changed by the account owner at any time. If the customer loses the password, the system will allow for setting up a new password after identifying the customer.
Cookies, Google Remarketing and RTB
Cookies data are collected by Eliza Flowers sp. Z oo in order to collect information on the use of the online store www.elizaflowers.pl .
The data contained in cookies allow you to adjust the store to the needs of customers and provide customers with convenience when browsing the site. Thanks to them, it is possible to maintain the session - the user does not have to enter the login and password on each subpage of the website.
